Adehle and Matthew, two of our founding farm troopers from Derwen College, have just been to Buckingham Palace to receive their Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Awards. This impressive mainstream achievement resoundingly shows that, with the appropriate commitment and support, learning disabilities can be overcome to attain the most prestigious awards.
